THE FORMULATION

A crystal tincture is a structured water preparation. The crystal is immersed in purified water under controlled conditions, transferring its mineral resonance to the base before formulation begins.

The tincture is introduced at the earliest stage of each formula, not added as a finishing ingredient. Each crystal is assigned to a specific product based on its properties.

We make no pharmaceutical claims for the tinctures. What we assert is that the intention behind a formula is part of what that formula delivers.

Our formulations are free from sulphates, parabens, mineral oils, artificial colours, and synthetic fragrance – the most common irritants in conventional skincare. All essential oils used are organic.

That said, every skin is different. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. If you need guidance on a specific formulation, contact us before ordering and we'll help you find the right fit.

Yes. All Divinum formulations are vegan and cruelty-free. No animal-derived ingredients, no animal testing – at any stage of production or supply chain.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Bathrooms are common storage locations but are not ideal – fluctuating humidity and temperature can affect the integrity of botanical and essential oil formulations over time.

A bedroom shelf, a cool drawer, or a dedicated skincare space is preferable. Most Divinum products have a 6-month shelf life from opening.

Yes. All Divinum formulations are produced in small batches in Byron Bay, New South Wales. Wild-harvested Australian native botanicals are sourced domestically where possible.

Small batch production means shorter runs, fresher stock, and closer quality control at every stage.

Divinum produces in small batches by design. When a batch sells through, the product is temporarily unavailable while the next run is prepared.

This is not a supply failure – it is the model. Small batch production is how we maintain the quality standards the formulations require.

If a product you want is currently sold out, you can register for a back-in-stock notification directly on the product page. You'll be contacted as soon as the next batch is available.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been sent.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Australia = 3–7 business days
  • New Zealand = 5–10 business days
  • International = 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Yes. Divinum ships internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival.These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Yes. Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120.

International orders are not currently eligible for free shipping.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can make changes or process a cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@divinum.com.au with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. If your order arrives and something is wrong, please contact us and we will resolve it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on unopened, unused productswithin 30 days of delivery. Products must bein their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@divinum.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a resolution within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty. If you experience an adverse reaction, contact us directly – we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@divinum.com.au with your order number and a photograph of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

THE RITUAL

Each Divinum formulation is designed to work independently or as part of a sequence. The ritual sets are the simplest starting point: each pairs complementary formulations into a complete practice.

If you're building your own sequence, a generalguide for face:

  1. Cleanser
  2. Toner/mist
  3. Serum
  4. Moisturiser
  5. Face oil

Not every step is required every time. Begin with what you're drawn to and build from there.

Face oil is applied last in a skincare sequence – after water-based products (toner, serum, moisturiser) have been absorbed.

Oils seal and support what sits beneath them. Applying oil before a water-based product will prevent that product from penetrating the skin.

For the Ethereal Oil: warm 3–5 drops between the palms and press gently into the face, neck, and décolletage. Do not rub. Take a moment.
